OUR FIRM PHILOSOPHY

As attorneys concentrating in serious injury cases we see firsthand the devastating effect that disabling injuries and the resulting financial hardships can have on an individual or family. Although we hear a lot in the media about greedy trial lawyers - this is often an image portrayed by insurance companies and other large corporate interests who would prefer to have sole control over the rights of those injured by their negligence. The work we do provides important corporate accountability for unsafe practices and helps provide some degree of financial security to families whose quality of life has been robbed by an avoidable serious injury. The power to decide whether someone should be compensated lies with our citizen jurors and should not be entrusted to the profit concerns of insurance companies or other corporate entities. People who are injured by the carelessness of others should not be abandoned. We are proud to be advocates for injured individuals in our American civil justice system.

DONALD J. KRAL, JURIS DOCTOR - HARVARD LAW

A graduate from Miami University of Ohio and an honors graduate of Harvard Law School, Don dedicates his practice to representing victims of medical malpractice, train accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability. Prior to co-founding Reddy Baran & Kral, Don Kral was a co-founder and the initial member of the high end litigation practice group of one of the largest plaintiffs personal injury firms in Ohio where he worked for approximately 10 years. Among his many achievements prior to co-founding Reddy Baran & Kral, Don was responsible for undertaking his extensive discovery in a medical malpractice claim which yielded evidence of punitive conduct and ultimately resulted in a settlement of $6 million. BRIAN REDDY, JURIS DOCTOR

Brian was born and grew up in Dublin, Ireland. After immigrating to the United States he attended law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he graduated with honors. Additionally, Brian was also awarded the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trail Advocacy by the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. Brian recently obtained a verdict, upheld on appeal, in the amount of $4.7 million dollars for an injured railroad conductor. Brian has been practicing law in Ohio and New York for over 13 years and while at Law School he was also received the Best Oralist Award from the Desmond Moot Court Board.Read More

MARK R. BARAN, JURIS DOCTOR, CPA

Mark was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Ohio in 1994. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and in addition to being an attorney licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania: Mark is also an Ohio licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an extensive background in financial and tax issues faced by individuals and businesses.
